Stages of implant systems installation:

1. Preparatory stage – begins with an oral examination and a doctor’s consultation. A treatment plan is drawn up. The oral cavity may also be sanitized. If necessary, taking into account the individual characteristics of the structure of the maxillofacial area of the patient, sinus lifting and bone grafting are performed.
2. Implant placement – implantation of the implant itself into the bone tissue, suturing of the wound. The implant surgeon gives further recommendations to the patient. Consultative management during the entire postoperative period. Sutures are removed in a few days.
3. Formation of the gingival margin – after the implant has taken root with the jaw body (from 3 to 6 months), the implant surgeon installs a gingival shaper. Taking an impression for further manufacturing of the crown.
4. Placement of the crown and removal of the gingival former. Placement of the abutment (required for crown placement). Placement of the crown made of the selected material.
5. Postoperative support – follow-up visit to the doctor. Recommendations for oral care and hygiene. Individual selection of hygiene products. Regular examinations at DD clinic dentistry and a comprehensive professional teeth cleaning procedure once every 3-4 months.
